Construction is never fun … unless you work at Aria Medical, where we make just about everything fun! In November, we started a remodeling project that would give us a lot more room to work and a little more room to play. Just the way we like it.

First on the list of tasks was an improved and expanded work area for seven of our sales team members, our sales manager and a few administrative folks. The new workspaces put our sales people in a comfy new setting and gives them each a bit more space to make their own.

Apart from the new sales offices, we’ve also added a rock facade to our offices to complement the upcoming rock walkway that will replace our barely-ever-used driveway. The current driveway leads right into the new glass double doors and our new offices, and we wouldn’t want anyone driving in there!

The next few steps in our remodeling involve a great new place to sit and socialize out front. Joe has planned a covered courtyard (fully equipped with fans and a mist system) and a fish pond! In order to make room for all this, we had to move the administrative building (aka the Witch Barn) and the IT/Website building (aka the Tech Barn). A few weeks of work, some moving, some relocating, some rewiring and VOILA!

Once the courtyard and pond are complete, Joe’s got plans to turn the old sales offices into a bistro adjacent to our kitchen. A perfect place for community and lunch!

We’ve had a few requests recently for Aria Medical t-shirts for our customers and business partners. Ask and ye shall receive! Yesterday we launched a store on CafePress full of not only t-shirts, but also golf shirts, hooded sweatshirts, trucker hats and non-clothing items like mouse pads and coasters. You can even buy a t-shirt for your dog!
